Fletcher Allen Health Care Central Sterile Relocation project. This project consisted of the redesign and relocating and of the Central Sterile area. This project had to be done in multiple stages in order to keep this area operational at all times. It consisted of demolition of all existing lighting, power, Tel/Data and Fire Alarm, and installing all new. This was a three month project and was completed on time. Total project Price $450,000.00. The Construction Manager was Stewart Construction.

Fletcher Allen Health- New Birthing Center. This Project consisted of the build out of a new birthing center for the Fletcher Allen Health Care. This involved new lighting, power and adding communications wiring in an existing hospital. This project was a fast track project with a 20-week completion schedule. Total Price $750,000. The Construction Manager was Macomber Barton Marlow.

Fletcher Allen Health Care Dorm Conversion. This Project consisted of converting two dorms into office space for Fletcher Allen Health Care. This involved changing lighting, power and adding communications wiring in two buildings three floors each, over a total of 60,000 square feet. This project was a fast track project with a 12-week completion schedule. Total Price $550,000. The Construction Manager was Neagley and Chase Construction.
