New Manufacturing/Office Building. This project consisted of a new building with a total square footage of 230,000 feet. The building contained manufacturing, office, kitchen, and warehouse areas. The project had numerous changes, and was finished on schedule. Project Cost: (Approx. $6,000,000.) The construction manager on this project was Pizzagalli Construction. We continue to service their electrical infrastructure and are regularly contracted for ongoing projects.
